Mark Ekhoff is an Automotive Development Group veteran. As VP of Business Development he has always played a part in training, both internally and externally. As a trainer Mark’s passion is unrivaled and his progressive utilization of Proactive Selling System to help dealers drive better results is well documented.
Tony Troussov started as Director of Training in 2012. Since then he has had a hand in developing the 8 workshops that ADG offers today. The 8 workshops stem from the Proactive Selling System®, a unique method developed in part by Tony to help our dealerships succeed. Tony also has experience in One Price or Negotiation Free Sales conversion and training. His years of training experience as well as his innovative mind and ability to think outside the box have been a great asset to ADG.
Dan joined ADG as our Fixed Operations Trainer. He is a Proactive Selling System Certified Instructor for the Service Manager Workshop and Service Advisor Workshop here at ADG. Dan serves a huge purpose in the field as well helping to train service department personnel.
