At Automotive Development Group we often talk about the speed of change and helping our dealer clients succeed in being ready for the speed of change. The Automotive Industry changed more in the last 5 years than it had in the previous 25 years. These are challenging times but they are also exciting times.
In 2014 we’ve changed our logo and our website to more accurately reflect the company that we are today. While we’ve always considered ourselves progressive and an “out in front company”, today we are seeing our hard work pay dividends in areas that dealers are really interested in talking about. Specifically, dealing with a changing consumer in F&I and still driving great results, finding ways to drive superior service department retention and finally dealership market differentiation in a world where standing out from the competition has become difficult.
